The role
We are seeking a Finish Sales Representative to join us on this exciting journey. With a mix of passion and ownership, you will play a key role in bringing new customers on board. You will be part of the Commercial Team, which includes Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support, and you will work closely with our Credit and Tech teams to secure great leads and land top-notch customers.
Sales are experiencing extraordinary growth, and as a key driver of this momentum, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating it even further. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to convert prospects into Treyd customers. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales expertise and is comfortable working with credit products. You should be able to clearly express ideas and engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers, including topics like financing options and financial management.
In this role, you’ll be building a robust customer base for Treyd in the Finnish market. It's a hands-on, prospecting-focused position within a rapidly growing company, operating in an expanding market.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
In a structured and proactive manner, fully responsible for building a strong New business sales pipeline, and moving prospects through the sales funnel to become customers. In Treyd terms, this means securing an active credit limit and facilitating their first Treyd order, where we pay the customer’s supplier.
Responsible for outbound prospecting and sales to meet your goals.
Engage with a diverse range of prospects, including D2C brands, multi-brand retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, each with unique credit needs, financial strength and purchasing behaviours.
Engage in events and exhibitions to prospect and network with both new and existing customers.

In-house prospecting done by Credit and Tech Team.

Help with analysing tactics and leverage valuable data and insights.
Skills & requirements
Must-haves:
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in sales within the Finnish market.
Exceptional Finish, Swedish and English communication skills.
Good understanding of basic financial metrics.
Ambitious with a strong drive to smash sales goals.
Passionate, with a can-do attitude and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and Treyd.
Naturally curious, always on the lookout to learn more, and see every challenge as a chance to grow.
Nice to have:
Experience with HubSpot and an understanding of its environment.
Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry.
Extra plus if you have sales experience in other Nordic countries besides Finland.
