We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to join us on this exciting journey. As part of the Customer Success team, your primary role is to ensure Treyd maintains, increases, and develops existing customer relationships. You will also support Sales by onboarding new customers and retargeting unconverted prospects.
With a blend of passion and ownership, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are satisfied and achieving maximum value. You will be part of the wider Commercial Team, collaborating closely with our Credit Team to proactively prevent customer churn.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, customer-obsessed and comfortable working with credit products. You should be able to clearly express ideas and engage in meaningful conversations with customers, including topics such as financing options and financial management.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Ownership of your book of business, you will be the main point of contact for your clients to understand their requirements and deliver a high-quality service.
In a structured and proactive manner, ensure customers stay with Treyd. This involves securing an active credit limit for customers and facilitating their orders.
Identify opportunities to increase customers’ usage of our services, or potential risks within accounts.
Engage with a diverse range of customers, including D2C brands, multi-brand retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, each with unique credit needs, financial strengths, and purchasing behaviours.
Drive other client-facing and internal initiatives as required from within the business such as increasing Trustpilot reviews and customer case studies.
Work closely with the rest of the Commercial and Credit teams.
Participate in events and exhibitions to network with both new and existing customers.
Skills & Requirements
Must-haves:
+2 years of experience in either customer success, support, account management or similar customer-facing roles.
Exceptional English communication skills.
Good understanding of basic financial metrics.
Ambitious with a strong drive to smash team goals.
Passionate, with a can-do attitude and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and Treyd.
Naturally curious, always on the lookout to learn more, and see every challenge as a chance to grow.
Nice to have:
Experience with HubSpot and an understanding of its environment.
Experience in the finance, fintech or SaaS industry.
Extra plus if you have got customer success experience in the Nordic region and can speak Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish.
