Growth Capital Manager

With two complementary solutions, Treyd helps brands pay suppliers later and get paid for sales instantly, enabling smarter cash flow management and faster scaling. Nearly 1,000 product brands across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics already use Treyd, and we continue to expand. We are a team of 50+ people, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in London and Cairo.
With rapid expansion we are looking for a Growth Capital Manager to strengthen our relationships with existing customers. Unlike traditional customer success roles, this position requires financial acumen—you’ll be the key speaking partner to CFOs, helping them structure financing solutions that drive their business forward.
You will own and expand a portfolio of high-growth product brands, working closely with their finance teams to ensure they maximize the value of Treyd’s financing solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Act as a trusted financial advisor, guiding CFOs and finance teams on working capital strategies and how to optimize their Treyd credit limits.
Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio, ensuring businesses remain engaged and fully leverage our solutions.
Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on customer financing needs.
Engage with a diverse range of clients—D2C brands, multi-brand retailers, distributors, and wholesalers—each with unique credit needs and financial strategies.
Work closely with the Credit team to structure financing solutions that align with customer needs and risk appetite.
Influence credit forecasting by working with Credit and Data teams to optimize limits using AI-driven insights and Treyd’s credit model.
Lead strategic customer initiatives, including referrals, customer case studies, and loyalty-building campaigns.
Represent Treyd at industry events, CFO roundtables, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships with key financial decision-makers.
Skills & Requirements
Must have
Experience in financial advisory or business lending—preferably from a bank, fintech, or corporate finance background.
Ability to engage, consult, and challenge CFOs and finance leaders in discussions around working capital and credit solutions.
Strong commercial mindset, able to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth from existing accounts.
Exceptional communication skills in English—able to explain financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Highly structured, proactive, and analytical, with a strong ability to interpret financial data and customer credit needs.
Nice to have
Experience with HubSpot and an understanding of its environment.
Experience in financial advisory in the Nordic and/or UK region and can speak Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
