Over 1,000 brands in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics already use Treyd to grow without cash flow bottlenecks. We’re a team of 50+ people, based in Stockholm with offices in London and Cairo.
About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Manager to join our growing marketing team of one. This isn’t just about writing blog posts. You’ll amplify our voice across our marketing channels, translate our positioning into compelling content, and use audience insight to drive engagement, and ultimately conversions. At the heart of your role is a deep understanding of our audience – scaling product brands – and the everyday challenges they face.
We’re in build mode – you’ll be laying the foundation for a scalable content engine, from messaging frameworks to content calendars to repurposing strategies. If you’re someone who loves combining creativity with customer psychology, and who believes content is a long-term growth lever, this might just be the role for you.
If you see yourself in the following qualifications, let’s talk:
- B2B marketing background, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
- Financial literacy or curiosity to learn the finance fundamentals that drive our customers’ businesses.
- You speak fluent customer pains and gains. You know that great content should start with what the customer cares about – not what we want to say – and that’s why yours resonates. (Bonus points if you’ve read April Dunford.)
- You treat content as a strategic investment – not just an output machine – and believe in its power to lower the Customer Acquisition Cost over time.
- You’re comfortable using AI tools to work smarter, repurpose faster, and scale impact.
- A builder’s mindset – you’ll shape processes, test formats, and continuously improve.
- Strong editorial instinct: structure, tone, clarity and relevance come naturally to you.
- You thrive in a fast-paced scaleup where priorities shift – and are motivated by autonomy and ownership.
- Know your way around SEO, content analytics, and distribution strategy.
- Have led or contributed to building a brand tone-of-voice and editorial guidelines.
- Knowing your way around Figma and working off templates is helpful in this role.

- You know that a great Content Strategy isn’t a quick win. At the same time you value momentum and know that the last 10% of polish often takes 90% of the effort – and you’re skilled at spotting when “great” is good enough to ship, learn, and iterate.
- You’re structured in how you work, making sure content efforts scale. You think in themes, not one-offs – and always look for smart ways to repurpose and extend what’s already been created.
