About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and tech-savvy early professional or new graduate to join Treyd’s Commercial team as a RevOps Associate. This is an exciting role for a person who wants to understand how go-to-market functions work at a high-growth fintech, and who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and tech.
As a Revenue Operations Associate, your responsibility will be to ensure that Treyd has the best-in-class implementation of technology supporting our customer acquisition, marketing and retention efforts. You will support with maintaining accurate data and reporting, which are crucial for enabling scalable processes and data-anchored decisions. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and feel comfortable interacting with all functions of the organisation, including Commercial, Credit, Data Science and Tech.

Main responsibilities
Maintain and improve our end-to-end RevOps infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Refine our current tool-stack, and evaluate and implement new tools that spearhead our go-to-market strategy.
Support with the continuous development of our data insights platform to steer internal decision making and accelerate commercial success.
Ensure we are on the forefront of using AI to reach targets and improve processes.
Be a technical counterparty in a mostly customer-facing department, and be an important point of contact for tech-related implementations that help Treyd scale smarter and faster.
Take ownership of our CRM (HubSpot) and be an internal champion in the commercial team, ensuring it’s best way of adoption.
Be the go-to support for commercial tooling: help the team troubleshoot and resolve ad-hoc system questions.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Credit and Data Science teams to improve cross-team processes and refine lead generation, customer acquisition and customer retention.
Document processes and best practices to enable team alignment and speed of execution.

Skills & Requirements
Must-haves:
Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for process optimization and technical skills.
Natural inclination towards transparency, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continual improvement.
Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed decisions and persuade others.
Good understanding of systems, tools and how they integrate.
Understanding of basic financial metrics.
Passion and can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results for your team and Treyd.
Structured way of working, attention to detail, with a passion for trying out new ideas and tactics.
Good to have:
Experience with HubSpot and an understanding of its environment.
Basic skills in writing SQL queries.
A plus if you have worked with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier.
Extra plus if you have experience building workflows that access other platforms like LLMs or databases through webhooks / APIs.
